His name kept changing but the name I put up there is the name I banned through SQL.
I could have sworn his ID kept changing but someone said it's not possible.
Right after I hit execute ban the hacker left. I am almost positive I banned STEAM_0:0:282341267.
Need some one smarter to review demo please.

What this loser was doing is grabbing the name and steam ID from players on the server. The steam ID wont be his and most likely you banned someone else's steam ID lol. You did banned him via IP though.
It has happened before and the guy who did it made a mess.
