Thank you for keeping an eye out on the server PhantomVk. Sadly to say, users with VALVE ID can only be caught and banned via their IP. Next time if you see a VALVE user on the server hacking, feel free to use the chat at the bottom of the index page (main forum page) to ask for assistance from an admin. If one is available and sees the message they'll hop on and help you. Thanks once again.
