Out of bounds plugin

I just found this on the AMX Mod X site, looks like it might solve some of the ledging problems. It's really two plugins in one. One is the "builder" which lets you create the .oob file which defines the out of bounds spots. The second is the protector which does the actual protecting. If this is something that Sammy would want to use, and you need someone to make the .oob files I could do it

I tested this out on a listen server. The oob files are pretty easy to create. Once you go into an out of bounds area, you see a warning. It counts down the number of seconds you have to leave before something bad happens to you. I selected a 5 second countdown and then slay, works pretty good.
