If you want to learn scrim tactics, go to HLTV.org and download some demos. Then, view the demos and practice the nade tactics that the pros use. I used to do this back in the day when I played a lot of scrims

SKA's guide is good as a starting point. I read this many times and even saved it on my computer!
But yeah demos from HLTV.org are the best.
