Accusation(s):constantly spamming the mic, admitting openly he's addicted to dope knowing drug references aren't allowed. here is a quote from my console before i got the demo. -[.40 cal ]- cplnerd * : Guys im addicted to dope. not 20 seconds after i hit stop demo he said and i quote "Dude i wish i had no clip id so abuse it right now". and he's gone on to allow cursing to go on over the mic and not do or say anything about it. I've been a member of the community for a long time and i don't consider this type of action acceptable.

Addicted to ---> dopamine, you probably missed the explanation of that.

Dopaminergic neurons of the midbrain are the main source of dopamine in the brain.[15] Dopamine has been shown to be involved in the control of movements, the signaling of error in prediction of reward, motivation, and cognition. Dopamine is closely associated with reward-seeking behaviors, such as approach, consumption, and addiction.
Excessive game play has many studies that prove stimulation from games cause high levels of Dopamine in ones brain which leads to the addiction of playing such games due to the excitement created by such substance.

As soon as someone asked me to be quiet I stopped talking? I was trying to tell a story if there was a problem you need to speak up not retreat to the forums.

As for the mic spammers I was being quite lenient yes, cause I havent been on the servers in a while I was not out for blood. I was at the point if I heard one more curse from this "WoW" kid I would kick him. Maybe I missed a word or two cause im watching tv and not paying attention 100%. This isnt something I do often so im not worried of it, if you had a problem with him again could have spoken up, even if you didnt know I was 100% attentive at the time.

Your calling me a Liar, i have no reason to lie or "Fabricate" as you called it. your behavior in server was unacceptable if i have a problem with you i'm going to post it in the forums.

I did not miss any explanation of what you said. you clearly said guys i'm addicted to dope not dopamine that was an awesome copy paste off the web for an explanation of dopamine and an even better try at covering your rear. however i stand by my complaint/injustice. You where not doing what is expected of you while on server and that is not acceptable. If you check banland you'll see i have a demo of WOW fastER also asking for him to be banned.

here let me give you a little background chief so you understand where i'm coming from. I've known the owner of this fine server you admin on for going on 6 years, back when there was 2 5star admins sammy and sharpie there was 3 4stars and then a 4th and 5th came. Raa, Raab, Greenhorn then came Trunkmonkey followed by Ex-Assault.. back when the clan name was -=[on24]=- sammy and sharpie went there separate ways and sharpie kept -=[on24]=- while sammy made -[40cal]-. Now i just gave you a history lesson on your clan. If you notice my post count is not very high why? because i dont post unless it's something that needs to be said. well that and the forums where reset but still i think previously i had all of 58 or 60 posts over 4 or 5 years the clans been around.
so please sir i'll ask you to step up to the plate take responsibility for your actions and learn from your mistakes.

I was the person who was banned for "mic spam" when infact I wasnt the first one spamming mic, and the person who originally spammed mic left on his own, and than I got banned for 7 days for doing nothing, I barely even used the mic and I got banned. This is BS, The other ASIAN kid who got kicked was ABUSING MIC and he didn't even get banned, this is Ridiculous.... Fast, you need to stop acting like your admin just because you know a few of the people for sometime, and than you come here crying your case when he didn't do anything wrong, I can careless about your guy's argument but perhaps I can get my steamid removed from the banlist, otherwise ill be happy if that asian kid is banned for the same amount of time as me, or was he not banned cause hes asian.... I would like some time of reasoning for me being banned as i was only in the room for 20 minutes...If i were kicked that would be cool, but i got kicked and i came back and i got banned in 20 seconds just because that kid fast was crying and crying and crying and crying like a 4 year old girl to ban me and than he listened to him and banned me


Fast you need to get a life, and stop taking this game to heart. Its a video game, and if you are older than 14...i feel sorry for you.

for a reason, its not meant for toddlers to be playing, anyone

Good day. Please note that this board is for submitting claims against admins. I noticed that you did note you feel you were improperly banned for "mic spamming", but you did not specifically state the banning admin's name and/or STEAMID. If you know this, please submit this in a new thread of your own. Thank you.

Second of all, to answer your question(s), we at -[.40 cal ]- wanted to provide clean serves to the community. That means no swearing, no trashtalking, no drug references. Yes, the game itself is rated mature, but where in the Valve EULA or the game manual say that the servers must allow swearing? In fact, lots of other gaming communities simply prohibits swearing as well - swearing leads to more unrest between players.
