I think this is a great opportunity to ask potential members some important questions. Please answer truthfully as it will give us the best idea of who you are and your personality for those who may not have had a chance to get to know you.

1. If you were to get accepted in to the clan, and at any time (at any rank) you had a problem with a specific admin, or with something going on in the clan - how would you handle your concerns?

2. You mentioned you're 15, we are definitely looking for maturity in our members - do you feel that you are more mature than the average 15 year old? Why or why not? Give some examples.

3. If you are accepted to -[.40 cal ]- how long do you plan to stay? What could potentially change your mind about being a member and cause you to leave?

4. Do you want to join -[.40 cal ]- just for the admin/mod possibilities? How would you react if you felt that you were working hard for a promotion and when the time came you were not given that promotion?

If it were with another admin, i would talk to him on my own and if it doesn't work out, i would call a higher up to take care of it. If it were with the clan, i would talk to a 4* or sammy

I do not feel i am more mature than 15 because i cannot be more mature than i already am.In the future when i'm older i will learn to grow up and thus, be more mature.
ex1)when someone talks trash on the mic i sometimes try to stop them but if they don't listen i tend to talk back at them.

3. If you are accepted to -[.40 cal ]- how long do you plan to stay? What could potentially change your mind about being a member and cause you to leave?

I would plan to stay for as long as i possibly can.This is a great community and i want to be apart of it. What could potentially change my mind about staying in the clan is if i find a better community than 40cal, which is highly unlikely

I do not want to join 40cal for the admin/mod because i just want to be apart of 40cal to help grow the community. I would be somewhat mad if i didn't get a promotion when the time came but life goes on...
