console votemap

I noticed when we got the new servers the votemap in the console was changed from 3 votes to 5 even when there's only 1 or 2 people playing. it'd be nice if it was changed back to 3 or varied with the amount of people in the server so even when theres no admin or a higher ranking admin, people can get a different map. what do you guys think?

Not the amx_votemap, I was referring to the regular old "votemap" in the console. regular players can type "votemap #" in console and vote for themselves without an admin afte 5 minutes into the round. It went from 3 votes to 5 even when there is only 2 people in server.

i might implicate that. also it would make regulars vote kick hackers.

that would be very cool. I did not know we could have a non-admin votekick added. It sounds like its worth a try

I agree with kid on this 100%. There should be a way for two people in the server to change the map. For example yesterday I forgot what map we were playing but it wasn't luring any people in to play, so it would have been nice to change it to something we know could get the slots filled up and the server crackin again:) I have had this happen when I'm alone too and that's an even bigger problem because as soon as someone comes in the time resets and I gotta wait another 20 mins. And then they leave and I'm by myself again. Then someone comes in again and the cycle continues and were on the same map for over an hour. We gotta figure something out where we can get a map change going if there is only one two or three people in the server. I would say it's a necessity after seeing it be a problem multiple times just in the last couple days.
