Match or beat the amount of alchohol you drink, with water. The reason you have a hangover is from dehydration. Drinking water will completely prevent that.

I'm telling you guys, best hangover cure is sleep but when you wake up water and more alcohol! Something light like a bud light or maybe champagne with cranberry juice or baileys and coffee. Works like a charm! You don't have to drink enough to get drunk again but after two or three drinks you won't feel hungover anymore! ;)

I know that nothing beats sleep + water.. but another drink when my stomach is twisting?

Seriously, anyone try milk thistle? I am looking for anyone with personal experience who can speak to the product before I go buy it. lol :lol:

Chug at least 1 glass water before you go to sleep and eat a greesey breakfast in the morning and you are set :P
