Spawn points problem?

So yeah, today in two maps, dust2 and aztec, this happened. In dust2 it was a couple of dudes spawning in the ramp to bombsite b, like up the mountain wall, near the boxes, comming from CT spawn. And in aztec, there was this guy spawning over the river, like floating. Then he would die 'cause of the fall... Any ideas what could have been?
