Escrow originally should have closed July 20th. For what ever reason days before it closed we were notified it would be another 30 days. Today on August 20th when escrow once again should have closed we find out they are delaying it at least another 10 days.

Now even if it does close on the 30th, which I have no confidence will happen, we still don't have enough time at the place we are renting now. We already got the landlord to give us an extra 30 days after we gave him notice. He flat out said if escrow doesn't close we can't have another 30 days here. If it actually does close on the 30th then we still have to go up to the new house and put up the kennel fencing and what not before we can bring the dogs up. So we are pretty much going to have to just try and squat at the place we are at now with 20something dogs. Hopefully I won't end up in jail, at least for to long lol.

Escrow finally closed today. We now own 1.33 acres and a 3bed/3bath house. Since we didn't listen to the bank and kept going to the property to build our kennels we actually might do this move tomorrow! Which means I probably won't be on CS or the forums for a week or so while we get internet set up and unpacked.
