I've been going to the gym for the last almost 3 years on and off (due to the pandemic) and recently I've gotten into training exclusively for strength. Thought I'd start a thread about powerlifting since it's something I'm very interested in and I want to get really good at! Here are my 1 rep maxes in squat, bench and deadlift.
Squat: 185kg (410lb)
Bench: 120kg (265lb) with a pause at the bottom
Deadlift: 230kg (507lb)
at a bodyweight of 181lb
