Whats cooking?

Post by Fishmonk » Sun Jun 30, 2013 3:54 pm

4th Of July is upon us, time to grill! What's on your grill this 4th?

Mine will have a marinated Norwegian Salmon on a cedar plank, cut potatoes in a foil pouch and ears of native soaked corn still in a the husks.I just will add good tunes and cold beverages and wait for the fire works...

I'm making ribs, a full brisket, burgers, lemon pepper Alaskan sockeye salmon on cedar planks for the "vegetarians", and corn on the cob I don't got the Native American hook up so its just regular corn. Off the grill I'm making red white and blue potato salad, macaroni salad, fries, and apple pie. Too many people like my cooking.
