There is no summer vacation for me as I am taking two correspondent courses and the realtor's course. I am going back to China after this summer. :)

I've been to China several times in the past (Shanghai/Kunshan, Hangzhou, and Shenzen) and each time, I just couldn't really quite get used to to living there. And Hong Kong too, but that was because I was only there for like 2 days and didn't really get a chance to explore the island.

Poppy...how do you like living in BC compared to China (assuming you are from the Beijing area)?

If you ever make a trip to China again, let me know and I will host you.

I can't quite remember whether or not I said where I originally came from in my bio. If I did, it was your responsibility to remember it instead of asking me again! :D

I came from Beijing, and I love living in BC and China as both places have their pros and cons. :)

Sweet, a host for China (xie xie in advance :D )....I've never been in Beijing but interested to see the Forbidden City, Great Wall, and other stuff. Also interested in checking out some of the buildings used for the Olympics such as the 'Bird's Nest' :D

After my undergrad graduation, I almost went back to China to work for my uncle in Hangzhou but plans fell through and didn't work out so it just ended up as a month stay in the Kunshan/Shanghai area. What I remember the most is all the mosquitos feeding on me

word on the street is China is detaining/quarantining/house arrest travelers from US due to the swine flu for maybe at least a week or so before they let them into the country.

What is this summer break you speak of? It's been a while since I had one of those.
