Copy the picture, open it up in Paint and resize it. I had to do that on the forums when I joined the clan and posted a picture a long time ago. I think Venom and Knives helped me resize the photo....

If you upload to tinypic.com you can select the forum / bulletin board size and then just copy and paste the link.
