In this kind of situation, it was up to you to check if this person was an admin.

Next time, go into console and type status. If a player has a string of letters behind of their name, they are an admin. Also, it shows their steam ID, which is also undeniable. Take pictures of the screens also, its a lot easier than to copy and paste, and a lot more helpful.

well if thats the case then you should know (Grimmjow is back with a new steamID) he came into game and forgot to change his name but he left then rejoin same steam ID, I was on the server when he got banned by Mario for a blatant wall, this guy does the same thing someone nailed him in Aim_AkColt and then suddenly he killed 3 people (dead on with admin spec through the wall)
