I'm viewing it right now but for future reference, you should take off all the text like name hp distance etc. It helps to catch hackers by making it easier to focus on their crosshairs.

Edit: I don't think it's enough to say he's a hacker. I think it might just be lag. He can't hear the worgen at the end of gordon1.dem so he doesn't prefire and dies for it. He peeks wrong during that spot instead of aiming where the guy would come out and catch visual. I don't think he's hacking but I'll watch him more.
