Keep getting Kicked and Banned on your CS Deathmatch Server

So far I have been Kicked and Banned 13 times from this server in the past 4 days. Don't get it. No rules broken, Don't talk, Don't swear, Don't Camp and for sure Don't Hax etc.
I'm not even any good , Lat is in 30s
Looks to me, like a clear case of Admin abuse.
Fun server.. But, this is getting Sad.

Where there any admins wearing the -[.40 cal ]- tag on when you were playing? When you are banned, what does your console say when you try to rejoin? Please copy and paste it here in your reply.

From the situation, since you are getting banned/unbanned, it seems to be the HPK auto kicker for high ping. Though you did say you have 30 ping, it can be 1 single random spike right as the HPK checks causing it to think you have high ping?

Yeah, sounds like High Pink Kick (it bans for 5 minutes). Try refreshing the server in your servers list over and over for a minute or so. If you see any big jumps in ping (anything over 250), there is your answer. I can't imagine you would be temporarily banned 13 times by an admin.

If you are playing via wireless, try to play wired if you can.

Some routers will let you throttle bandwidth by MAC address, so abuse your other users by throttling them to 100K/s.

Some places, netflix brings the net to it's knees at primetime.

Maybe, I could have Spiked. I will keep and Eye on that.

The ping that is showing when you hit tab isn't your actual ping.

open your console and type ping. You will see your actual ping.. which I am guessing is 300+ which is why you keep getting das boot.
