Please include the actual numbers and percentages from each skill level when reading about what each skill does. Most of the time I have no idea what skill to level up because I have no idea what each additional skill point does.

If this could be done, I would say it's a solid suggestion. I too have felt the same way about picking skills.

I used to be on a WC3 server where they did %'s and in depth descriptions of what each level would give you. +1 to this suggestion.
