How do I get a hold of an admin when there is a cheater in the server?

Had a pussy in here blatantly walling and there wasn't anything i could do about it and it pissed me off beyond justification.

well i am in a clan right now and one of our rules is no double clanning. if they ever kick me out i will apply here. 40 cal is my fav death match.
