To answer your question tomwzhere. I am kinda lucky. I subcontract for two difayvrent companies. Both I do service calls for and one I do preventive maintenance for. I'm more ontbe electronics side of things (which is what I like more) but for my job its all aboutthe SLA (service level agreement) It basically tells me how long I have to respond to service calls.
