Hey guys I'm new at this website and i couldnt find out where to apply/register to be an admin

I play alot of the .40cals (only server i play on cs actually lol) and it'd be great if i could be admin

i run into alot of disrespectful players tho =/ thats why i wanna be an admin =/

well not to preach about why i wanna be admin please show me where to apply & register! thanks guys!
