Question Regarding The Abilities

Some of the abilities used in this mod allow up to 10 skill points to be allotted to them. Is there anyway we can get a percentage break down for all the abilities so as to better aid us in deciding what we use? Either the total bonus when the ability is maxed, the bonus added per point added, or both? Not sure if this is possible muchless realistic but I was just wondering.
