Headshot System

Every time i go on this server now all I see is frequent headshots. I shot someone in the torso area and got a random Headshot. Change this please.

I'm wondering if the models are bigger but the hit boxes are roughly the same, so it might be registering the chest as the head... I dunno but I know what you mean... there are a lot of hs's.
