Yeah I got the message multiple times from XunHo3A and confirmed it was a virus so I told "XunHo3A" to stop sending me this message and haven't heard from "him" since ;) :)

Steam is usually pretty fast with replying to a password request now... Usually takes 2 business days to get back to you. Make sure you provide accurate info on your page. :)

Huge bump, but I've had my share of encounters with scammers and phisers. I report them to steam and also report them on steamrep.com. The scammers are very common in tf2 trading and game trading. It was a huge mistake to buy dead island keys and sell them. I had to provide like $200 worth of refund to people to protect my reputation when the keys went bad. The scammer just made his profile private and removed me.
