first off we wish to congratulate each and every one of you on your promotion!
You have worked hard to get here, and we are very proud of you!
As a 4* admin, you have a LOT of extra responsibilities! This is a huge jump from a 3* - you guys have access to a LOT of stuff, and you need to be careful and use it wisely. Also, the 4* admins are traditionaly responsible for the overall operations of the Servers and Forums. It is your responsibility to make sure the 3stars are doing their job. especially in the banland where we need the most assistance.
You are our 40cal Knights in shining armor. LEAD BY EXAMPLE
as a senior admin, you have a lot of influence on other peoples behavior, and you may even effect how they look at things in the real world. You may be older then them, you may be younger then them. But you have more stars then them, and that means that most of them are going to look to you for direction and for leadership.
Leadership isnt about being first, and it isnt about being on top. Its about being a guide, a voice of reason, and the hammer of judgement if needed for the good of the team as a whole.
Sometimes decisions arent easy to make. I, for one, dont like firing people, and I dont like suspending people, regardless of how you may feel about it. But the health of the clan as a whole is more important to me than the one person.
