hmm a little of both. because usually admins i'm around will have issued a warning or some kind of verbal statement to the offender. and a week for a first warning is pretty harsh to me.

true true, but don't u think a week is a lil harsh punishment for someone that didn't realize what he was saying would be offensive to anyone? c'mon.. can't we all just get along? plus no warnings~ can u knock like 6 days off of that mister god?
