    In Re: Lag. it's not us or data center. NTT again. Open ticket and yelling at them that I'm tired of doing this every 2 weeks and to maybe actually fix it.

    The issue is upstream of the data center (It's not us, it's not the datacenter...its a top level carrier (NTT America)) Once again I get to prove their issue and open a ticket to get it fixed (It's always NTT or GTT) they never notice and fix it themselves.
